# Is my booking confirmed?

When you book a stay on our website, your booking is recorded, but it must be confirmed by our partner.

In the vast majority of cases, confirmation is quick and hassle-free.

Within a maximum of **72 hours**, we will send you an email definitively confirming your booking.

Only in rare cases of unavailability (fully booked stay, logistical issue...) can a cancellation occur. In this case, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.

⚠️ **Before receiving final confirmation, we advise you to wait before incurring additional expenses (plane tickets, transport, etc.).**

👉 **In summary:** 99% of bookings are confirmed without any problems, but validation within 72 hours is required before making other expenses.
