Cancellation, postponement or voucher: what are your options?

Yes, it is entirely possible to modify or cancel your booking. Depending on your situation and the type of rate chosen, several options are available to you: postponing to another trip, obtaining a voucher valid for 1 year, or cancellation.

Case no. 1: You chose the Standard rate (without Flex option)

• More than 30 days before departure: Cancellation: Free of charge (excluding any potential non-refundable nominative fees, such as plane tickets or refuge nights).
• Alternative: You can also request to postpone your dates or opt for a voucher valid for 1 year on the Decathlon Travel catalog.
• Less than 30 days before departure: The general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) of our local partner apply. You can consult them in your booking funnel or directly on your travel contract to find out the applicable fees or last-minute postponement possibilities.

Case no. 2: You booked with the Flex rate

• Up to 24 hours before departure: Total freedom: You can cancel free of charge (excluding any potential nominative fees).
