Can I postpone a stay of my choice?

It is possible to postpone your booking to another stay of your choice.

• More than 30 days before departure: You can postpone your trip free of charge (excluding flights and personalized/non-refundable services).
• Within 30 days of departure: You can contact the local agency to find out the postponement terms. It may still be possible to postpone, but fees will apply.
