# What should I do if a problem occurs during my trip?

We hope, of course, that everything will go perfectly! But if an unexpected issue arises, don't worry, here is the step-by-step procedure:

Their teams are often your closest points of contact on site. If you do not get a response or if the situation requires our help? Contact the Decathlon Travel team at 04 85 80 03 54.

- Our Decathlon Travel teams answer you from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 5pm.
- Outside these hours, we invite you to refer to the local agency's emergency contacts provided in your travel diary.
