🔁 Free cancellation up to 31 days before departure

Changed your mind or plans changed? On most trips:

You can cancel free of charge up to 31 days before departure, without providing any justification.
A few important exceptions:
- Named flight or train tickets already issued in your name cannot be refunded under this guarantee.
- Certain specific named services (for example: refuge registration, special permit, named race registration, certain highly personalized accommodations or services) may also be excluded.
After this 31-day period, the partner's cancellation conditions (indicated on the trip details page and in our T&Cs) will apply.

🧷 Flex Rate Option: maximum flexibility

On many trips, you can choose a Flex Rate (paid option) for ultimate peace of mind:

Cancellation possible up to 24 hours before departure, without any reason or justification.
Weather guarantee 🌦️: in case of very poor conditions (lack of snow, weather making the activity impossible…), possibility of cancellation or postponement free of charge according to the trip conditions.
Refunded flights and named services if these services were booked via Decathlon Travel (if you bought the tickets on your own, this part cannot be refunded).
Fast refund: processing of your refund within 24 business hours after validation.
The Flex Rate is ideal if your schedule is uncertain or if you want to commit early without stress.

Our promise is simple: to guarantee you the best rate for your adventure.

If you find a strictly identical offer for less on another French website, we will refund you twice the difference.
